I am a married, mother of three that started out exercising just to take advantage of the gym's free child care. I wanted to be able to take a shower knowing someone was watching my kids. That developed the habit of daily exercise for me. I switched to my local YMCA and was asked to start teaching an exercise class. I was very nervous at first but that one class grew into 20+ classes per week, personal training and then into the Health & Wellness Director position.
