I have been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. I taught Step, Cycling, Kick boxing, BOSU and Balance Ball training.
I ran 5 gyms (Bally Total Fitness and Sports Clubs) as Exercise Class Manager before I opened my own Pilates Fitness Studio in Yardley PA. Firmly believing in the mind-body connection for all movements. I realized the need for this connection after seeing multiple injuries occur in the gym and sports.
I started to fine tune my expertise acheiving various trainings in Kineseology and Rehabilitation.
I have been in business for over 15 years. I train private clients from ages 16 to 80. Besides training I am also involved in rehabilitation for injuries especially sports.
I have watched the industry propel forward at a fast pace forgeting the importance of posture and alignment. Sitting is the new smoking! So i am very detailed in my trainings believing the importance of core first.
I love what I do especially rewarded when I get that teenager or young adult back into their sport with increased strenght, stamina and ability.
