Lori has been devoted to yoga for over 13 years. She loves to share her passion for personal fitness to help inspire others using yoga as an all-encompassing workout for mind, body, and spirit.

Her teaching style is vinyasa and power plus gentle, fusion, weights, restorative, and yin styles of yoga and her classes are fun, focused, and very natural flowing. Lori's approach to yoga is one that honors each person as an individual with the goal of personal growth. She believes yoga is a place to be yourself and show up just as you are in a space without judgement, doubt, or fear.
