Empowering my clients is my passion. I am here to provide the support they need to affect real, lasting changes in your life. Coaching and training isn’t a fad or short-term fix; it’s about changing routines and imparting the skills and confidence in my client’s so that they can take control of their circumstances. I bring a unique perspective on getting fit for life, as I have not always been the personal trainer you see today. Rather my past is marred with unhappy, unhealthy and unfulfilled routines that left me obese and unhealthy. Today however, by overhauling my own routines, working out daily, and pushing myself beyond my own self imposed limits, I lost 117 pounds, got stronger, incorporated healthy eating into my routines and now I'm a CrossFit athlete. I am happy, athletic and confident and desire to inspire and motivate you to become your best self. I know first hand what it's like to have dreams that feel unattainable. Being an athlete was just that for me, yet here I am today competing and have worked my dream into a reality.

I work with clients to understand how to optimize their workouts, eating habits, daily routines, and then plan out a strategy to get them over blocks or resistances, making any behavioral changes stick for life. My approach focuses on eating habits and workouts that work with my client’s life. I am passionate about partnering with my clients to help them push themselves to reach for their dreams.

Along with my business partner, personal trainer and my co-author, Tyler Turner, are the owners of Tyde Mind & Body, our training approach combines functional methods of working the body with traditional coaching strategies concentrating on transforming the body and mind.
