Naphtali Willms

I have a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Lethbridge and am employed as a Diabetes educator. I am married with two young children. I am passionate about an active, healthy lifestyle! I personally enjoy exercising and have noticed benefits both physically and psychologically. In my group fitness classes, I strive to positively motivate, encourage and challenge participants while providing freedom and flexibility to address their personal needs and achieve their personal fitness goals.
