I have been teaching group fitness for almost 3 years in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am able to teach a variety of formats including Cardio Dance, Zumba, Zumba Gold(for beginners/seniors), Zumba Kids, Strong by Zumba(high intensity training/muscle conditioning), Pop Pilates(Pilates based total body sculpting/core conditioning), and freestyle strength/conditioning classes. I am CPR/AED/First Aid certified and ACE Group Fitness certified.

As an instructor, I am always learning and figuring how to be the best that I can be for my students. My aim with every class is to connect with students, help them feel successful no matter where they are in their fitness journey, and build a community that keeps them coming back. I teach students of all ages and levels and provide modifications and progressions as necessary.
