Sarah Croxford

I offer highly developed communication, relationship building, exceptional customer service, and leadership skills. I am an outgoing, motivated, and hardworking person with a passion for health and fitness. My experience includes but is not limited to instructing yoga, pilates, step, and swiss ball classes, first aid, lifeguard training, creating exercise programs for clients, training clients on how to use gym equipment, and taking boot camps. I am qualified in Yin Yoga and currently also teach Vinyasa Flow.
