I have been teaching group fitness for 8 years and yoga for close to 3 years. I am a marathon runner and triathlete and have run the Boston marathon twice and completed an Ironman triathlon and several half ironman distance triathlons.
I have a passion for inspiring others to find joy through movement. My passions are teaching indoor cycling, vinyasa yoga, and yoga sculpt. When I teach a class, my main objective is for my students to challenge themselves to leave their comfort zone and have fun while doing it.
