I have always been very active and love to travel. I have a Bachelor of Social Work and have worked in the human services field for years. I had started practiing yoga as a way to deal with stress. I soon learned the benefits. It helped me unwind. I felt great. After years of feeling tired and rundown, I felt engergenic and alive. Yoga became a regular part of my life. I immediately fell inlove. So, I started training to teach. Teaching Yoga gives me the opportunity to help people in a more postive and rewarding way. I teach from the heart creating an uplifting, safe environment for students. I strive to bring a sense of fun and freedom to class.
