Bonnie Armstrong

Born in Georgia. I have moved around, and lived in many places such as California, Florida, Tennessee, Indiana, but Georgia is where I currently live and call home. Growing up I played Volleyball, Basketball, Softball, but my favorite was Track. I did not grow up dancing. It was something that was frowned upon among those I was surrounded by. A few years ago I was invited to take a Zumba class. I took to it immediately. When I'm dancing, nothing else matters. I enjoy being able to pass that on to my students as well. Leave your worries, stress,  sadness, and frustrations at the door. It's Zumba time!
