I am semi-retired after a long career in public education. I'm fortunate to have three grown children and seven grandchildren that I get to spend a lot of time with. I enjoy many different forms of fitness, from walking to Stand Up Paddle boarding, Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Gold Toning weight training, BollyX Low Impact Training, and cycling. Most recently I’ve added Drums Alive and Yoga 200 YYT to my fitness certifications.
Teaching fitness classes is the most rewarding experience and I've been fortunate to have the opportunity to teach at local gyms and seniors centres around the city.
