Tammeca's lovw for indoor cycling started about 6 years ago when she was looking for an awesome workout that not only burned calories but made her feel good afterwards. As someone who thoroughly enjoyed riding their bike as a child she was naturally drawn to indoor cycling. After taken numerous boutique classes throughout New York city, she longed for a place that maintained the principles of the workout but was more inviting. And so in April 2016 she opened the doors to Harlem Cycle, Harlem 1st Indoor cycling studio that embodies the culture and soul that is Harlem.
