Have travelled extensively in my life and enjoy interacting with a variety of people. Have practiced yoga for approximately 12 years and completed the 200 hr yoga instructor certification in June of 2014. Since that time, I have continued the practice of yoga both individually and in a group session and have given one on one instruction as well as a weekly class.
Yoga has helped me to maintain balance in my life and it is this that I hope to bring to others.
