I have always been athletic, and have always maintained a workout regime.  In the past, it varied considerably - I did yoga, weight lifting, running...you name it!  However, since I discovered Pilates three years ago, that has become my obsession.  It has been the exercise I have been able to consistently maintain, and I have also felt the changes that have occured from a physical standpoint as a result.  That's kept me going, as has the fact that the moves never get stagnant.  I myself am still working on mastering some!  It's challenging, yet attainable.  I am much more in tune with my body.  I notice how Pilates has helped my posture at my desk job, my backhand in tennis, my balance on a day-to-day basis, etc.  It would love to help others see the impact that Pilates (or any form of exercise you love) can have!
