Colleen Crawford

I'm an active wife, mom, and dog mom. I started teaching after I found out that my favorite home workout, Turbo Jam, was a class I could get certified to teach! After I started teaching, I wanted to expand my skills and took my PiYo certification and prepared for my personal training certification. My most recent certification was for Insanity. I'm looking forward to working toward my yoga teaching certification in the future. My favorite part about teaching fitness to others is the friendships I'm able to build with people I may not have otherwise crossed paths with.
