I am prior military with a long career incorporating physical fitness in a group setting. I am a 31 year old mother of two who works full-time and instructs group exercise part-time 5 days a week. I teach multiple formats including kickboxing, step, sculpting, core, boot camp, and cardio salsa. I absolutely love teaching and have fun with every class. I format all of my classes so that everyone from beginner to advanced can have a great workout and provide numerous modifications.
