Although Pilates has always interested Kim, she was immediately drawn to the effectiveness it had on her post pregnancy. Kim was instantly addicted. She knew right away she wanted to learn more and immediately started her education in Pilates and movement. After being certified in Fitness Pilates, she continued her education through Polestar Pilates. During her education, she discovered the importance of alignment and what effects it has on the body especially post pregnancy. Therefore, Kim is currently completing her certification as a Restorative Exercise Specialist through Katy Bowman’s Nutritious Movement™. As a mom, she teaches the importance of alignment in everyday activiity to get our internal systems working at their best, especially for women who have faced challenges getting their bodies to work efficiently after labor. Fascinated by the mind and body connection, Kim is thankful to be able to share her love with her clients!
