Jessica Carter

My name is Jessica and I'm a Pilates enthusiast who will be completing my mat teacher certification in the next year. I love to travel and one of my best memories was studying abroad in Merida, MX in college. I'm also a plant based foodie and one of my favorite past-times is developing veg-friendly recipes that are super simple and delicious. I share these recipes through cooking demos and workshops, and with family and friends. I enjoy being able to teach people how make major improvements in their lives by making simple adjustments over time, and I look forward to continuing to do so as a pilates instructor.
