I have taught yoga for over 40 years, in schools and in my own studio. I teach both groups and private lessons.
The style yoga is suited to the group. I've done Iyengar, Kripalu, Kundalini and gentle yoga.
There is usually a focus on pranayam (breathing techniques) incorporated into the class.
My background is in dance (I attended the Boston Conservatory as a dance major) as well as yoga. Alignment and flow are always emphasized, and a deep relaxation included.
