Fitness has always played a huge roll in my life. I have been a competitive long distance runner for many years, and continued that passion into college. I then discovered that I had the ability to inspire others to lead healthy lives as well. Since then I have made a career to help others to do so. My experience and success with running has enabled me to share my knowledge. I assist people in training for marathons and triathalons, as well as compete in them myself. This includes sport specific weight training, as well as running, biking, and swimming form/ technique/ skill/ and training schedules. I also became involved in personal training for basic fitness as well as group exercise instruction. I teach formats such as Turbokick (aerobic kickboxing), PiYo (an athletic style pilates/ yoga class), weight training, and sculpting. I was hired on as a Presenter for both Turbokick and PiYo - This allows me to certify other instructors for these formats. I myself achieved the highest level of skill at both certifications - which is gold.
