My name is Collin Fitzsimmons and I have my Master Degree in Exercise Physiology with a Concentration in Strength and Conditioning. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and also a Level 1 Functional Movement/Y-Balance Trainer (FMS-Grey Cook).
I am a certified TRX GROUP FITNESS insructor.
My personal training expereince includes teaching proper lifting techniques, strenth and conditioning for all types of athletes (Soccer, Basketball, Golf, Tri-Athletes. Tennis), as well as the weekend warrior and seniors. In my free time I spend with my wife, son, and daughter as well as working out, playing golf, cooking, and reading.
