Lisa Nation originally hails from New Orleans, LA but hasn’t lived there for many years.  She retired from the Air Force in 2005, pursued a short career with the Department of Veterans Affairs before joining her spouse to operate their own home-based business.  She is now developing her own fitness/wellness brand called On the Spot Health, Wealth, and Fitness with LM Nation. Lisa is passionate about music and dance and spends most of her free time reading, traveling, and learning all there is to know about being a better group fitness instructor.
