Stephanie Benton

 Stephanie was born and raised in San Diego, CA where she still lives with her husband and young son. A dancer all her life, she discovered Pilates at the tender age of 14 when watching an infomercial for Mari Windsor Pilates. She was hooked. Upon receiving her BA in Dance from CSULB, she went on to pursue her passion for teaching after a few years in corporate america. Stephanie loves hiking, spending time at the beach and spending time with her family.
