Katherine Ryan

My name is Kate Ryan and I am from Madison New Jersey. I grew up working on a horse breeding farm not farm from my home, so being active has always been an integral part of my life. I ran my first half marathon when I was 16 and my love for fitness has grown from there. I study Biology and Economics at Providence College where I am a rising senior. I work as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and manage the front desk at the PC gym. I am an avid runner, yogi and weight lifter. I also love to read, listen to music and walk my dogs.
