Pamela McFarlane

Pam McFarlane is a 500-hr registered yoga teacher (RYT) and has been a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor since 2006.  In 2013 Pam obtained additional certification in other styles of yoga from the Westchester Institute of Yoga after completing a Teacher Training program under the direction of Tao Porchon-Lynch. Pam has always had a life-long passion for and interest in spiritual practices, ancient healing modalities and following sound nutritional habits and a healthy lifestyle.  She has had a long career in the corporate financial industry in which she currently holds a senior position.  However, in addition to her corporate career, Pam has been teaching yoga for the past nine years.  She is dedicated to sharing the joys of practicing yoga and how it can be used to channel the life energy to achieve mental and emotional balance, increased consciousness, optimal health and vitality.  In addition to her yoga certifications, Pam also holds certifications in Ayurveda and Medical Qigong.  Pam has memberships in Yoga Alliance, the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association, the Yoga Teachers Association, the International Association of Yoga Therapists and the National Qigong Association.
