Liz Ruffell

I started dancing when I was 3 years old and my love of the performing arts blossomed into my teens.  At 16 I went to study at Doreen Bird Dance College in London and graduated with 3 ISTD teaching qualifications.  After a few successful years working in a variety of West & East End London productions I started teaching dance in a few schools in and around Kent.

A few years later after suffering a back injury I found my love of the Pilates method and decided to study the BASI syllabus at the Pilates Clinic in London.  I am delighted and passionate to be an experienced teacher in matwork and equipment, with a specific interest in bio mechanics.  I am lucky enough to be invited to teach around the world.
