Kristin DiMiceli

Kristin DiMiceli is a certified Pilates Instructor. She obtained her Pilates certification from Long Beach Dance Conditioning in 2003 and has experience in training a variety of clientele in both California and New York. Her focus includes incorporating Pilates exercises for conditioning and strengthening, rehabilitation of injuries, training ballerinas and professional athletes and working with pre and post-natal women. She also enjoys training those already practicing Pilates and clients looking to add something new to their workout. 

 

Kristin first added Pilates into her rigorous workout regime for the stretching component it provides and soon felt the strengthening and endurance benefits. She credits Pilates in her successful completion of her first half-marathon. In her spare time, she enjoys healthy cooking with her family, kickboxing, paddleboarding and playing in the ocean with her 3 children.

 

Kristin's favorite quote by Joseph H. Pilates is: "If your spine is inflexibly stiff at 30, you are old.  If it is completely flexible at 60, you are young." She appreciates how Pilates exercises truly are for everyone!
