A ballet and modern dancer since I was 5 years old.  I taught dance at a local dance studio in my hometown (Severna Park, MD) before entering the University of Maryland and minoring in dance. My specialty was modern dance and many of my instructors at University of Maryland were former Martha Graham dancers. I was a group ex instructor throughout my career, but really made it my full-time passion when I became licensed in Zumba 12 years ago.  I have since become licensed in Zumba Gold, Toning, Zumba Kids, Circl Mobility, Aqua Aerobics & Aqua Zumba.  I teach up to 18 classes per week depending on the time of year and I sub for many other instructors in both the pool and in group ex classes.  I taught school for 6 years - 2 in fifth grade and 4 as a substitute teacher in Primary and Middle School. I love fitness and enjoy being outdoors.  I am very outgoing & adventurous and love to entertain people.
