Billie-Jo Ferguson

I live in Taber, Alberta Canada.  I have a husband and two children, who are now grown, and a beautiful granddaughter.  I have worked hard to build my business, and purchase my own private fitness studio.  As a competitive runner and running coach, I wanted to share my passion for fitness with others. I chose a career in the fitness industry to help others live active, and healthy lives. I have obtained a diploma from ICS and certifications through various organizations. I currently hold certifications in Personal Training, Sport Nutrition, and Strength and Conditioning through the National Council on Strength and Fitness, as well as Functional Aging through The Functional Aging Institute, and Total Body Tabata. I also attend fitness conferences every year to further my education, as I believe knowledge and experience is the key to being a great trainer.
