I am a fitness enthusiast who is passionate about dancing.
Every week, I take great pleasure in spreading the joy of dancing through my cardio dance fitness classes. In addition to enjoying dance and music, my students burn close to a 1000 calories and leave the class feeling rejuvenated.
Cardio dance fitness classes are my way of giving back to the community - one class at a time.
