Since 2001, I have been helping people improve and change their lives through fitness instruction and proper nutrition. My experience began with my own weight loss journey, 16 years ago.

I began dieting and exercising in the 6th grade and was very unsuccessful with both for several years. At age 16, I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and pre-diabetes.

Two years later, I finally hired a personal trainer who changed the entire direction of my life. I lost 65 lbs. and realized that the The 3 C's, Consistent Exercise, Clean Eating, and Caring Accountability were the key to sustainable weight loss. I stand by that message today. I'm well into my 30's and have healthy blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugars.

I am a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Over the past 16 years, I have taught in a variety of settings ranging from weight loss resorts to university rec centers to my own personal training studio for women. I teach land and water classes, along with private personal training sessions.
