Hello and welcome to my site. I'm christian Scott and I'm an ACE certified health coach & personal trainer in the OKC area. I'm a mother to a high energy two year old and wife to an amazing husband who I love dearly. I have been a fitness professional for 4 years now. I started my career as a Zumba Instructor overseas in Italy and soon afterward became a personal trainer and health coach. I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of clientele ranging from the average weight loss client to special populations such as stroke survivors and individuals with M.S. I absolutely LOVE what I do helping and motivating others to adopt healthy lifestyles.
