In 2013, Jamie found her passion and set her goal on becoming the best of the best in her home town of Walla Walla Washington. On a weekly basis you can find her teaching one of her many classes (Aquatic Fitness, Bootcamp, Circuit Training, Stability Ball Class, TRX®, Cardio Kickboxing, Acro-Kidnastics, PiYo® LIVE, Zumba®, Strong By Zumba, R.I.P.P.E.D.®, Group Cycling, and Buti® Yoga).
She is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, certified American Council on Exercise group exercise instructor, a Grade 8 - Competitive Youth Referee with United States Soccer Federation, and a certified USA Gymnastics acrobatic-gymnastics instructor. She is currently studying to become a Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach, and a National Academy of Sports Medicine weight loss specialist.
Jamie is passionate about helping you find the best version of you and helping you move. No matter your age or physical ability, she is focused on ensuring you will have fun, while reaching your goals. She will be right beside you, cheering you on, with every step you take on your journey. Whether you are brand new to working out or a life-long athlete, Jamie will make you feel at ease.
