Caroline Deschamps

I am bilingual (French and English) and have been training mostly women usually in their pre/postnatal phase of life. I also have experience training men and women from their 20's to their 50's. I maintain my Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner practice where I see people of all ages from our large homeless population to the well to do people. I am passionate about health and fitness and am happy to have the opportunity to be able to share my knowledge from a medical and personal perspective in both my home business and my professional NP practice.
