April Smith

April first came into the power vinyasa yoga fold by volunteering at a studio in exchange for yoga classes. She had recently moved from Cincinnati to Louisville and was looking for a place where she could make new friends and find connection. She graduated from 502 Power Yoga RYT 200 teacher training in 2016 where she learned to teach a powerful Baptiste power vinyasa flow. She is well versed in adjusting these flow and methodology for all experience levels.
