I find it difficult to talk about myself; I'd rather concentrate on my clients. Not only do I have a love for fitness and being active, but I am a normal person. That might seem like a strange comment but I think that fact is important to know. I am a mother who has to balance family, friends, bills, commitments and still find time to take care of my health and recreation. I get it. I want fit living to become a part of my clients lives and not something they do for a moment then quit. I specialize in training women of all sorts to regain the health, fitness, and confidence they desire. Im all about reaching goals together.
