Healing takes place in the presence of movement.

I believe strongly in Yoga’s ability to foster more ease in the body and mind, and enjoy sharing my passion for Yoga with others. In my classes I incorporate breath work, chanting, meditation, and philosophy in with the physical postures to provide the best experience I can for my students. It's a Hatha style class with some Vinyasa flow thrown in.

I first came to the world of yoga after reading the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, one of Yoga’s most influential texts. I resonated with the teachings, and in 2015 decided to take my first teacher training with the Integral Yoga Institute. In December 2016 I completed an Intermediate-level training with Integral, and in July 2017 earned a certification in Therapeutic Massage & Hydrotherapy.

I feel a similar passion for massage that I do for Yoga, and have witnessed the impact that these healing arts can have on a person's well-being. It's very satisfying work. I would consider my bodywork very integrative, incorporating Swedish, CTT, NMT, KAM, and even a little Shiatsu as well. I also have a strong interest in Kinesiology and understanding the body's anatomy in order to better effect change. I believe these strengths carry me very well as a Massage Therapist.
