Melissa Williams

Melissa has had a love of dance from a very young age when she was first introduced to Tap and Ballet. She’s discovered a renewed passion for dance, specifically “dance fitness,” as an adult, first with Turbo Jam, Pachanga and Zumba. Very soon after trying Zumba she knew she wanted to teach.  With a combination of various activities including TRX, dance fitness, ballroom dance, hiking, and healthy eating, Melissa has been able to lose over 140 lbs and keep it off! Melissa believes that life without movement is no life at all and encourages everyone to find some form of enjoyable exercise. “If you don’t love it – keep looking! There is something for everyone.”
