Jacqui's experience includes more than 25 years of teaching group exercise. She is also a highly sought after Pilates instructor with 5+ years as a teacher trainer. Jacqui is also certified to teach various yoga formats including Warrior Sculpt and Body Flow. Her passion for a healthy lifestyle includes coaching Lacrosse (All-American), teaching Strength and Conditioning, and teaching at local fitness facilities. She also enjoys outdoor activities including kayaking with her family.
