Carrie Dale

My name is Carrie Dale.  I am 52 years old and have been dancing my entire life.  I love the way dance makes me feel and I love sharing my passion with others.  

I was a practicing Occupational Therapist for over 20 years before I decided to chase a dream and purchase my childhood dance studio in 2018.  I am proud to be my teacher's legacy and look forward to many more years of dancing at my home away from home.

I currently teach Zumba and LaBlast at the local JCC and continue to have a strong virtual/online following since the pandemic.  In addition, I teach several weekly dance classes of varying styles at my studio to students, child through adult.
