When working with Fresh Approach Fitness the goal is to get you moving, increase your heart rate, build strength through a variety of HIIT style training so you are burning fat over an extended period of time. We encourage clients by making fitness fun; its motivation and inspiration that keeps them going.
Aside traditional training options we also bring wellness to you through our mobile services. We offer individual personal training/nutritional counselling, small group classes and corporate wellness.
