Honore LaFlamme

Honoré has been a fitness professional for 22 years. She started out teaching cardio dance classes and strength classes and added Zumba 15 years ago. After teaching at many locations in the sea coast of New Hampshire, she opened her own studio in Portsmouth.  She has been running Jubilation, a boutique gym specializing in dance fitness, for 15 years.
