I’m a health enthusiast, with laughter, mindfulness, balance and long-term health and happiness at the heart of what I do. My goal is to help my clients discover their potential in fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle in a fun way. I stand by the belief that you don’t need to spend a lot of time in the gym or do hours of conventional cardio to achieve the results you want and I can show you how.
I enjoy listening to music, baking, drinking coffee, seeking out new restaurants, trying new and unique ways of working out, doing power yoga, being in nature, and reading in a continuous effort to learn.
It’s amazing the incredible things our bodies can do when fueled properly and pushed past what we thought were our limits. If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.
