I started practicing Kundalini Yoga in my hometown Brasília (Brazil) in 2012, where I stumbled upon an active Kundalini Yoga community. In 2014, I moved to Toronto with my partner to study English and work on my field, African Cartography. I became a Kundalini Yoga teacher in 2016, when I was fortunate to do my teacher’s training with Sat Dharam and Har-Prakash, both directly connected with Yogi Bhajan, the master who brought Kundalini Yoga from India to Americas and made this knowledge – secret in the past - available to everyone now.

Kundalini Yoga is a powerful tool that helps us to navigate this existence by fully embracing our human condition and being present in each moment of life. Kundalini Yoga enables us to access and stablish a relationship with the unknown and with our unbounded self through simple yogic techniques, such as breathing control (pranayama), yoga postures (asanas), sound, chanting (mantra), meditation and relaxation, which can be practiced by everyone, independent of age and physical abilities.

I am grateful for having received these teachings and I am excited about sharing this powerful knowledge around the world with anyone who are looking for a healthier, happier, connected and meaning life.
