I am a certified spinning and TRX group fitness instructor with over 14 years of professional experience in the fitness industry. I love sharing my passion for exercise and healthy living with others and enjoy helping my clients to discover and rediscover their love of fitness. Each of my classes are tailored to individuals from diverse backgrounds and fitness experience levels. My focus on form, technique and fun enables beginners to elite athletes to achieve their goals in a safe, comfortable and positive environment.
