Ashley Schneider

I have been teaching and training in major health clubs on the East coast for almost ten years. Drawing knowledge from my college education and hands-on experience, my approach to fitness has a heavy wellness influence.
I believe that exercise should be first fun, then functional. Having been in athletics since grade school, I am a firm supporter of physical fitness for stress relief, discipline and recreation.
In my current position as a Fitness Director of a health club, I have learned to be a jack of all trades. I currently teach Power Yoga, Senior Fitness, Extreme Boot Camp, Sports Conditioning and Dance Aerobics on a regular basis.
Outside of the gym, I mountain bike, climb, hike and trail run! I believe that you have to work hard to play hard and love to do both!
