Tiffany Brandvold has been a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Strength & Conditioining Trainer since 2012. Her love for fitness began as a competitive dancer in her youth and as a collegiate cheerleader at Washington State University. She took her passion for fitness and movement and became a fitness instructor teaching a variety of classes over the years, including Strength & Conditioning, Group Power, Barre, TRX, Boot Camp, HIIT, Circuit Training, and much more! In addition to teaching fitness classes, she also is currently a certified PE Teacher with a Masters Degree and is dedicated to helping students find joy and fun in daily movement activities. Tiffany strives to encourage people of all ages to stay active for life!
