Reg Casale

I have over 20 years teaching Spanish and English both nationally and internationally.  My teaching has allowed me great opportunities to live and work in several countries and meet extraordinary people.  Education includes health and wellness and so over the years I have incorporated mindfulness and yoga into my classes.  I am an advocate of human rights and use my yoga to create communities of peace.
