When I started to teach Zumba®, my dream was to open a studio where anyone at any fitness level could come be part of something special. A place where good people support and encourage each other. A place where fitness could be both fun and affordable.  A safe place to put ourselves “back on the list” and feel good!

That’s Renee’s Groove Room.  A place that no matter where you are on your fitness journey - you belong! I am proud of what we’ve built, the work we’ve accomplished and the community of friends and supporters we’ve created.  I owned and operated Renee's Groove Room for five years before selling for profit in 2016.

I am certifed to teach Zumba^®, Zumba® Toning, Zumba Gold®, Zumba® Gold-Toning, Zumba Gold® Chair and Zumba® Kids. (Gold Programs are similar to the Silver Sneakers program) 

I am passionate about teaching all ages from 5 to the older active adult!
