Destiny Leveridge

Formely a professional dancer, now a yoga and pilates instructor. I completed my 200 hour Naked Truth Yoga training in Vancouver, BC as well as Barre Method certified.  I have a true passion for the movement of bodies with what we can do with them and experience from them.  I danced for over ten years and never felt happier in my life then when I was dancing. When I graduated highschool I moved out of the country and didn't have the opportunity to dance.  That is when I came upon yoga which became my new passion. I started teaching in an infrared studio, and instantly saw beneficial changes in my health. This made me want to do more and learn more.  I am forever learning but I will always bring creativity to my classes from my dancing background.  I teach in and out of the heat to all ages, and am dedicated to teaching safe transfers and movements and aiming for clients to gain the true benefits of yoga.  Becoming a teacher gave my practice a whole new meaning I never knew I was looking for.  I am so grateful to share yoga with others that will forever allow them to grow and become a better individual then when they started.
